At the beginning of a discussion, the moderator can assign a TOTAL TIME for speaking to each member. That time is displayed on the name buttons.   A member's TIME REMAINING can be increased, decreased or assigned to another member using the Settings Window.   The phase, TALK, SUM-UP, STOP of the current speaker is shown on the right clock.   Time settings for every member can be saved in a file so that disccusions can be resumed precisely.
