DSan Corporation was founded 40 years ago by a marketing executive in the pharmaceutical industry. He organized educational symposia and developed products to keep his meetings running smoothly.

Today, DSan Corporation products are used by the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court, legislative bodies, corporations and at meetings all over the world.

Manufacturing is done on Long Island, just east of New York City, USA, with some subcomponents sourced from Asia and other parts assembled in Canada. Every product is tested and then re-tested before being shipped. We take pride in knowing our customers by name and we make every effort to accommodate special needs. Most products are available for purchase online (See www.dsan.com/shop. The shopping cart payment pages are encrypted. If you are concerned, you may select "Pay by mail" as a payment option, and fax your order with payment details. We process payment at the time of shipment.

To make a purchase, please send us an email (use our contact form) or fax (516 625-0878). We will let you know shipping costs, estimated delivery and provide payment instructions. We accept credit cards and bank wire transfers. Many of our regular customers purchase on open account. All prices shown here are current.

DSan Corporation ships directly to customers world-wire. Shipments to [Europe] [Asia] [South America] usually take 3-5 days via Federal Express or a carrier of your choice.

Warranty: Instruments made by DSan Corporation are warranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of shipment. Any instrument which fails will be restored free of charge. DSan will determine whether the failure was the result of defect or user negligence.

We will try to diagnose equipment problems based on your description of malfunctions. Please call or write to us before returning equipment for repair. For overseas customers, it may be more efficient to send you replacement components than having you return equipment.
